At Source Dining (formerly Annie Smithers’ Bistrot), the source or origin is where it all begins. Our desire to be hospitable is what shapes our service philosophy. This desire, coupled with passion, knowledge and the experi-ence gained from a life time in the hospitality industry combine to create the dining experience we offer today. When creating menus each season, it all starts with the produce we are able to source around us and from our garden. The source of all products is so important

An Autumn Affair at Cloverdel, Woodend

Together with prominent hatted restaurant Source Dining and award-winning Granite Hills Winery, Cloverdel will proudly host an afternoon of fine dining set amidst our autumnal gardens and grounds on Sunday 30 April 2017.

Renowned for sourcing and showcasing the region’s best local produce, Tim Foster, founder and head chef at Source Dining, will deliver a stunning four degustation menu paired with the outstanding Granite Hills wines.  Join us to share in breathtaking vistas, beautiful food and wine, seamless service and excellent company.

A White Knight – Beef + Wine + Merriment

To celebrate and kick start the festival weekend on Friday evening the 13th of November, we will be joined by the White family of Sidonia Hills Beef and the Knight family of Granite Hills wines for a truly local dining experience.  Featuring beef from Sidonia Hills matched to Granite Hills wines, this dinner will be an opportunity to dine and chat with the growers and producers of two of our regions’ best products.
